Wagepay Rewards is the latest way we give back to our customers. We are one of Australia’s only wage advance providers to offer a reward points program, turning your loyalty into points you can redeem for rewards.

How does it work?
1. Unlock rewards
To unlock rewards, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Have repaid at least 3 advances
- Have no advances in arrears on your account
To keep your rewards active, keep your wage advance account out of arrears and take out a wage advance every three months2.
2. Earn your points
You can earn Rewards Points in any of the following ways.
- Maintain a good repayment history:
Every time you repay an advance on time, you earn 33% points on the amount you repaid. For example, if you repay $1000 on time, you earn 330 points worth $3.30 USD3. - Stay consistent with app logins:
By logging into the app for three consecutive months, earn 330 points worth $3.30 USD3. - Build on your banking history:
By maintaining a bank score of 700 or more for three consecutive months, earn 330 points worth $3.30 USD3.
3. Redeem them
Simply log in to the app or web portal and choose your reward from options such as gift cards, travel, accommodation and more.
Things you should know
1 The 2025 Asia Pacific Loyalty Awards are run by the Australian Loyalty Association (ALA), an independent body recognising excellence in loyalty programs across the Asia Pacific region. Wagepay was a finalist in the Best Loyalty Program Launch category, and is not affiliated with the ALA beyond that entry.
2 If your account falls into arrears or you don’t take out an advance within three months, you won’t be able to access your points until your account is active again. Your points are retained during this time.
3 Reward points are valued in United States Dollars (USD) as our international rewards partner operates on a USD points system.
You will lose any unredeemed points if you close your account.
